Diet /Therapy for Running
Hi,
I am pracising for half marathon and run around 20 KMs on weekends. However after running I have some pain in my calf muscles. I think its normal thought I have my thaorid and Vitamin D tests done and all are normal.
Requesting for advice on what diet should I take and should I go for any phisiotherapy after running to ensure my muscles are well maintained ?
