Muscle pain or tightening

I have was 86kgs and I reduced to 72kgs by avoiding junk foods and taking hot water with lemon and honey in morning, I have tried to hit gym couple of times, when I did exercise for one day, my hand muscles get real tight and use to get severe pain were I will not be able to go to gym for next one week, now I would like to hit to gym again but am not sure if the same problem raised again, also let me know if I have to reduce weight yet... Recently my reports says I got thyroid at starting stage..

Diabetes patient

She got diabetes around 3 years back but she took 1 year to take it seriously and today she takes at least 5-6 tablets a day but still sugar level is still around 200 - 240. she often complain illness of different kinds after eating kinds of food. So I think if she gets a proper food care then it will help her mental and physical well being

Body temperature

I typically wake up at 6am, in fact I become conscious and cannot sleep. I have observed that I feel extremely sleepy after 9am or after having breakfast, my body temperature increases,eyes feel very much and would like to sleep. I have also observed that my body temperature significantly increase after having food and I feel sleepy and tired.

Lower Vitamin D and b12

Hi i have vit D and b12 very low than normal values ( 6 and 190) and I've been using supplements for the past 2 months. I also have cervical spine straightened. So i have giddiness every now and then. With all these, I'm unable to go for walking alone. I'm afraid of falling somewhere. What is the right time to exercise? And food intake? How much time will it take to come out of this and be normal again?? This's disturbing. I'm kind of depresses with all this. Kindly help me out of this.

Growth in height

I am. hyper acidic n suffer from gast ritis n constipation too I am vegetarian .I am suffering from pcod and my weight is 51 height 160cm I have small cravings for food i mean i cant eat too much or sometimes cannot dueto acidity.
