About egg eating
I am really confused can we eat whole eggs without fearing about the cholestrol or we should not eat yolks? And if we can eat yolks then how many a day? I workout daily

I want to know your weight n height. Whole eggs are not dangerous but the utilisation level and activity level matters. If you do workout for 4 hrs/lweek n having normal bp. You can have whole eggs 3 /week.
