I have pcos and undergoing homeo treatment. I have huge hair fall especially when I do shampoo and relatively less when I comb my hair. Can you suggest any diet or home made remedy for the same

Hi Mam -Thanks for your question. I can advice you to add some calcium in your most of the meals (calcium pantothenate) ,This is very helpful for your problems. Also take care your regular bowels as free from constipation. Fair enough amount of fresh water, fresh greens & leafy veg.some soft skins vegetables are always mandatory to add in meals. Almost 3-4 fruits in a day like amla, lemon, more citrus, papaya, berries, all are helpful. Calcium & vitamin c- & B-complex are highly required for you in daily foods.

Hi...do not wash your hair too roughly, do not use too many shampoos and avoid using highly concentrated shampoos.you should not wash your hair with too hot water...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals since nutritional deficiency can aggravate hair fall so have food substances rich in protein, minerals and vitamins like egg white, fresh raw sprouts, glass of milk, nuts, green leafy vegetables etc. Drink more water to stay hydrated, manage stressful situations smoothly since stress is known to increase hair fall so if possible avoid getting stressed by doing destressing excercises, yoga and meditation. Biotin supplements can also help you...The speed of hair growth varies based upon genetics, gender, age, hormones.so cause for hair fall should be dealt properly...Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful....
