Hi i am 85 kg, i do good diet (no rice, oil, carbs, etc) that i take from good dietitian & do walking for 30 to 45 min daily in spite of that i dont loose. In last 6 yrs i have lost 10 -12 kgs 3 times with aerobics twice & once with yoga but now i m unable to loose now. Also, to a notice i started walk bcoz i have knee pain from past 8 months so i prefer over strenuous exercises. Need a suggestion w.r.t. how to combat knee pain and break this resistance or what can be possible cause / remedy to break this.

Hello.....you shouldnot do strenuous exercise , may be thats why you are having joint pain...exercise helps in building muscle mass , that might be reason for not loosing weight.... You should do aerobic exercises , continue yoga and do aerobics ,that might helps you... ..
