Hello thanks for the question. No you cannot completely avoid oil from your tired even if you have heart problem like cardivascular disease. A certain amount of fat is required by our body to support our vital organs this act as a cushioning for a vital organs and support them. So we cannot completely avoid fat or oils from our diet. Instead what can be done if you can say that you want to have healthy fats are good fats to your diet you can add those and make your diet better.

Oil should not be completely removed from your diet, as there are benefits of oil in the body as well like absorption of fat soluble vitamins like A,D,E,K, ...please use oil in n controlled proportion.and use more of olive, sunflower, rice bran and canola oil.
Oil is not completely avoided even if there are cardiac issues,portion control,the ratio of omega 3:6:9 hence the healthy fats intake & medications plays a very crucial role in maintaining cardiac & overall health
