Hello....have fruits and vegetables , these contain vitamins and minerals , have green leafy vegetables , milk contains calcium , dry fruit contain iron, oil , good for health .... Vegetarian mostly suffers from vitamin b12 deficiency ... So take vitamin tablets ...., egg contain all protein , even vegetarian can take it
