Fruits consumption once in a day ( 10:30)for diabetic patients. Low carbohydrate veg(1/2bittergourd+squash+tomato+1/2 carrot) juice (6:00pm)once in a day.

Fruits having fructose sugars. You can have two servings of fruits (200gm)/day .consume fruits as mid meal like 11am&6pm . If sugars are on highr side avoid banana,chickoo,mango,dates,grapes and jamun. If sugrs are control you can have 1/2serving of these fruits too.. strict no to fruit juices
