How to gain weight for Type 2 Diabetic
I am 30 years old.Diagnosed with diabetes 2 years back.I am 5'10 I used to weigh 77 kgs but suddenly I lost weight and my weight went down to 62 kgs that's when I got it checked and I was diagnosed with High Sugar. Now my sugar is in control I take my meds daily. Now my weight is 69 kgs,its constant. I want to increase my weight because I look skinny. What can I do to gain weight and build mass. And what changes can I make in my diet for good health and contrilled sugar levels. I need full diet chart. Thank You Regards Akhilesh Nair

Needs your Blood Report and Past Medical history in detail. Maintain your meal gap have your meal in between 2-3 hour. Avoid fruits - Banana, grapes, Chikoo, Lichi and mango. Avoid vegetables- Potato, Sweet potato & Arni. Avoid sweet and sweet products. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Increase your protein intake include protein rich food like pulses , egg, lean meat and fish in your diet. Maintain a healthy routine. Do your body analysis and get better results.
