Tolerance lowered for dairy products

I have noticed for the past couple months that I've been feeling quite nauseous and have had stomach issues mostly during the times I'm having dairy products. I've felt very nauseous when I drink tea or coffee. I have also had allergic rashes randomly appear on different parts of my body which could be linked to me having dairy products but I'm not very sure. Is it possible to develop lactose intolerance at such an age or is there something else that could be the cause? How do I confirm that I'm lactose intolerance?

Hlo sir or mam plz guide me Is it Safe to take banana milk shake 2 times in a day by adding 3 banana 300 ml full fat milk .3 dates 5 almonds.5 cashewnut 5 raisin and 3 spoons white oats with peanut butter and watermelon and adding dabur honey can we have it regularly till 1 months in iftar time to gaining weight fast is it safe na to have it banana milk shake 2 glass in iftar everyday and I just heard some where it is not safe to having banana mixing with milk and making shake that make bad impact bad condition for health is bad for health is it right or wrong and after taking banana milk shake can I have beetroot carrot mix juice 1 glass or should I wait 15 to 20 min to have it that after drinking it milk shake
