I have been doing brisk walk from last 2 months phase 9.5 sec /km I walk brisk walk for an hour and normal walk for another hour. Despite that weight don't seem to be loosing. What should I do.

Tonoferon drops 1mL for 8month old baby
Hi Our pediatrician has prescribed Tonoferon drops 1mL daily for my 8month old baby. Her stool is very hard and constipated for 3weeks now. Makes me wonder is this the correct dose or it is too much?
