Previously I'm 110 kg by doing running Gymming dieting eating boil foods I lost my weight now 71 kg
Now I became so thin and skinny
Is my weight is ok or should I gain my weight litle more I check my bmi through my apple smartwatch my bmi is 21.3 is it ok and now ramzan is started mostly in ramzan after keeping fasting people lose weight .can I add endura mass for gaining a weight

I am gaining a lot of weight recently due to no exercise and no control over food consumption. Although I don't eat much. I have no physical issues but a desk job which leads to more muscle gain around hip area.
I want to lose my arm and thigh fat. And in general, overall weight. All my tests have good results.
