Took an iron test results turned out to be following:
1. iron - 63
2. Iron binding capacity - total (TIBC) - 240
3. Transferrin - 167.6
4. iron saturation - 26
5. Calcium - 9.20
Should these be concerning? Anything to be done to fix this?

Hey , my brother is 24 yr old male , recently he has done full body checkup in which he found out Vit D ,Vit B12 , mild Anemia and osteoporosis and various other parameters at boundary range , along with that he has been facing hair thinning issues and hair fall. Last year onwards my wife doing diet she decreased around 30 but last 2 months onwards she increasing weight heavily with in 3 months she increased again 9 kgs. We have performed all the test like Sugar, thyroid and whole abdominal scan , liver function test and kidney functional test all are fine. Daily she walk around 6 to 8 kms. I don't why she is increasing weight. She us doing diet also
We are getting any point for that problem

How much water should we drink?
There are many people who are saying that we should not drink extra water if we're not thirsty, like if we're ok with 3 glasses of water, we should not drink more. Then there are some who claim that we should drink a lot of water no matter what.
I'm honestly confused because I don't feel really thirsty, I don't have major symptoms of dehydration but sometimes I feel I'm dehydrated as I get a headache after travelling which wasn't a concern earlier. Can you please tell me how much water should one drink because I see contradictory opinions everywhere and it's best to ask a professional.
