My diet is not that heavy but sometimes it is very much disturbed during winter time once it happened to me earlier in the past when I was attending a marriage function ceremony of one of my business colleges,and my daughter's wedding party. Along with my younger cousin's brother who was eating well in quantity and offered new things of food every time he was taking something new and different like multiple flavour of various foods. And morning time vomiting happened to clear food from stop via the mouth oral area so very much disturbed. Please suggest best treatment for longer period solution.

How do I maintain adequate iron intake, vitamin D and b12 levels with a vegan diet?? Struggling with low energy, brain fog, confusion, lethargy.

Before 5-6 I was admitted in hospital due to dengu fever with report Dengu NS1 positive Dengu IgM negative Dengu lgG Negative But sometimes headache is happening from starting of fever to during & now after the treatment of dengu fever, fever has gone before 6-7 days & I have been discharged from hospital since 4-5 days but headache still happening & also acidity, please tell best advice & medicine for this types of headache, no relief from this till now?
