40M 168cm 76kg lost 5kg in 2 months. Non smoker Non drinker. No diabetes or BP. Have Atopic Dermatitis using only topical steroids 2x weekly as per dermatologist advise.
Diet Non veg 1.5g protein per kg no sugar.
Routine 2 years training. 8 day cycle 2-on 1-off 3-on 2-off. 45 minutes fasted workouts. 7h sleep.
Supplements 3g Creatine post workout and L Citrulline pre workout. No anabolic steroids. Questions 1. Best vitamins for CNS and muscle recovery in deficit 2. Any supplement interactions with topical steroids 3. Blood markers to check 4.Joint support advice.

So..I want to ask that is it bad to depend on multivitamin and multimineral supplements for long period of time like some doesn't get much time to even eat all proper meals as life is becoming so hectic these days...I used to skip meals for work and studies so I decided to take supplements to fulfill that need but I am worried that is it really good to depend on supplements??
