Before starting any supplement, I recommend getting a few basic blood tests done, such as CBC (to check for anemia), Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron profile/Ferritin, Thyroid profile (TSH), and Blood Sugar. Deficiencies in these nutrients or thyroid imbalance are common causes of persistent fatigue and body aches.
In the meantime, focus on a balanced, protein-rich diet, adequate hydration, 7–8 hours of sleep, and regular light physical activity. If your diet is inadequate and you are otherwise healthy, Revital H can be taken for a short period (2–3 months), but it should ideally be started after consulting your doctor or dietitian.
Next Steps
You can book a personalised consultation with me through Practo.
Good evening pls do the vitamin n minerals deficiency test at first. Then contact physician whether u can take it Or make correction in diet needed suggested by dietitian connect accordingly.
That depends if you have a deficiency
Please book a consult so we can together figure out what blood tests you need and if there are any nutritional gaps based on the findings i can guide you further
Taking supplements without a and actual deficiency and also without reviewing your diet is not recommended
you’re feeling tired, Revital H can be an option only if the tiredness is due to inadequate nutrient intake or increased physical/mental workload, but it is not a treatment for persistent fatigue.
General guidance:
* Dose: 1 capsule once daily after breakfast or lunch.
* Duration: 4–8 weeks is commonly used, then reassess if symptoms improve.
