Concern about height growth in teens
I am 16 years old and almost going to be 17 in few days, I am very concerned about my height, and it's 5 foot 6 inches, nowadays I am trying to get best nutrition possible daily like 2 glass of milk daily, lentils, non-veg, supplements etc. so that I can reach my height potential and a little bit of excercise streching, hanging in morning. So that atleast I can reach 5 foot 9 inches.
Also my Father is also approx 5'6.
So, is it possible for me to have it and if any suggestions to improve my routine it? Please...

Weight and Muscle Gain With Height
I need veg diet plan with proper guide to gain 10 kg withing 7 to 8 months and muscle gain.
I work 12-hour shifts, and along with that I rotate between night and day shifts every 15 days. Because of this, I don’t get enough time to go to the gym or follow a proper diet.
So please suggest something simple—like if I can manage a little vegetables and basic nutrition, and maybe take some capsules or supplements for support. I really need proper guidance because I seriously have a big time constraint.
I want to gain around 10 kg of weight within 7–8 months, and I also want some muscle. My body is very thin right now, so even achieving this much would be enough for me.

8:30: 50g Soya chunks (minced) + Cucumber/Onion
9 PM - 12 PM: 15-hour Fasting

Is this protein/calorie count safe to reach 63kg without muscle loss?
And what is present calculation of calories and protein with my present diet
How many calories do 50-min bed exercises burn?
How much max calories should I burn via walking/exercise daily

Vitamin D deficiency
I have very low vitamin levels- 11.3
I tried supplementing with vitamin D supplements but everytime I take them I feel anxious, hot flashes, insomnia and leg and lower back pain. I do not know what is causing this because I have tried multiple supplements and they all cause the same effects. What should I do?

My second baby her age 2 months, This 2 months I get atleast 120 ml at morning time i pump ,throughout the day atleast 60ml I get, now since last week full stress and baby is not sleeping nt times ,so suddenly milk start reduce i use lactare 1 tablet in 3 times daily,now also I pump the milk per day 6 to 7 times because of increasing milk also I give the breast feed .
Suddenly milk decrease is it permanent or temporary ?
Day time baby is in my hands only she is not sleeping on bed entire day she is in my hands.so am restless.
Please tell me the solution and is it temporary or permanent ?
Milk will decrease day by day ?

What supplements should I take for these
I got a blood test done and I am deficient in Vitamin B12(179 pg/ml), B9 (4.09 ng/ml), Zinc (39.56 Âug/dL). I am also low in Total Iron Binding Capacity (220.8 Âug/dL). My RBC count and Hemoglobin are also borderline low.
Also should Zinc and Iron supplements be spaced apart?
