I overthink a lot and last time I was struggling kinda to breathe even. What it could be? Also whoever I eat anything junk I go straight to the washroom, even now I am Goin to the washroom like more time than I usually do. What's it? Please tell me?. And I am 21 years old and I feel what it could be.

Hello. Spicy street food and junk foods are common triggers for severe acid reflux, gas, and stomach upset, which can easily cause chest heaviness, discomfort, and sudden anxiety. I recommend getting a quick medical checkup to ensure everything is fine, while avoiding spicy, greasy outside foods to let your gut heal. Please feel free to reach out directly if you'd like guidance on a gentle, balanced diet plan.
Please consult a physician/cardiologist at the earliest for assessment. If you are currently having chest pain/heaviness, significant breathing difficulty, sweating, dizziness/fainting, severe weakness, or pain.
The frequent bowel movements after junk/processed foods may be related to food intolerance, acidity, or a gastrointestinal condition, but that cannot explain away the chest symptoms without evaluation.
Meanwhile, avoid excess caffeine/energy drinks, very spicy/oily/junk foods, and large late-night meals. Keep a food-and-symptom diary and maintain regular meals and hydration. Once a doctor rules out any cardiac or other medical cause, we can address the anxiety, digestion, and diet-related triggers appropriately.
Health Tips
Please don't self-diagnose this as anxiety or gas, particularly because you have experienced chest symptoms along with breathing difficulty.
Please book a consult , it will be careless on the part of any professional to give advice for this without conducting proper tests. You are just 21 yrs and this that you are experiencing can be due to multiple reasons and all have a solution.
