USG ABDOMEN

Hello! This are my reports!! I have fatty liver grade 1. Currently i am on medication. My meds are :- 1) actibile 300 tablet daily twice for 30 days, 2) Upline E mega softgel capsule daily once for 30 days 3) vitamin d3 60k IU once every week for 8 weeks.. I have just one query.. what is multiple GB polyps in report? Is it concerning? Pls elaborate in detail. And another thing is i have started gym a month ago.. my weight was 124 kgs.. i have reduced 6 kgs till now. Is it safe to take one scoop of protein powder in this condition? Or avoid? Please reply in detail if possible. Thanks

Not able to gain weight

Regarding multivitamin supplements..!!

Hiee..!! So..I want to ask that is it bad to depend on multivitamin and multimineral supplements for long period of time like some doesn't get much time to even eat all proper meals as life is becoming so hectic these days...I used to skip meals for work and studies so I decided to take supplements to fulfill that need but I am worried that is it really good to depend on supplements?? Why do I always have vitd iron and b12 deficiencies if i take supplements they will be normal levels otherwise they decrease it is becoming much problem for me to take tests im taking tests 3 times in a year I'm taking much care regarding food habits also i had mild gastric and I'm having lot of hairfall due to this deficiencies
