I'm 28 years old female..my height is 5 2" and my current weight is 53 kgs. My concern is I'm getting thin day by day . Earlier I used to be around 56 to 58 kgs and I looked healthy and glowing but now my weight is stuck to 53 kgs tho there is no change in my diet I'm not even doing intense workout. I recently checked my sugar level, thyroid, I got my whole abdomen USG done. All my reports came normal .
So what could be the reason I'm losing weight. Or which specialist should I consult to for this matter. Pls help me out. I want to gain weight.

It's reassuring that your thyroid, sugar, and abdominal scan are all normal. Steady weight loss despite a normal diet still deserves a closer look, since it can point to something in your overall calorie intake, absorption, or stress levels.
Next Steps
A general physician or dietitian can review your daily eating pattern and activity level in detail to build a proper weight gain plan for you.
Health Tips
Please don't ignore this just because your initial tests are normal. Continued unexplained weight loss is worth following up on.
At 28 years, 5'2" and 53 kg, your BMI is around 21.4, which is within the healthy range. A drop from 56–58 kg to 53 kg does not necessarily mean that you're unhealthy, but unintentional or ongoing weight loss should be evaluated.
Next Steps
Consult a physician/GP to assess the cause of the weight loss, especially if the weight is continuing to fall.
Review appetite, meal intake, stress/sleep, bowel habits and menstrual cycle.

Helpful tips for healthy weight gain
Aim for a small calorie surplus rather than suddenly increasing food.
Include protein at every meal: eggs, paneer/curd, dal, beans, chicken/fish, nuts.
Add calorie-dense foods: peanut butter, nuts/seeds, banana, avocado, ghee/oil in moderate amounts.
Have 3 main meals + 1–2 nutritious snacks.
Include strength training 2–3 times/week to support muscle gain.
Track weight weekly rather than daily.
Your current BMI is around 21.4, which falls within the healthy range. However, if you are experiencing gradual, unintentional weight loss despite no major changes in your diet or activity, it is important to identify the underlying reason rather than simply increasing calories.
Since your sugar, thyroid and abdominal ultrasound are normal, I would suggest consulting a physician/internal medicine specialist for a detailed evaluation. Depending on your symptoms, they may advise investigations such as CBC, iron/ferritin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, liver and kidney function, and other tests if required.
From a nutrition perspective, we can work on healthy weight gain by gradually increasing your calorie and protein intake through balanced meals—adding foods such as milk/curd, nuts and seeds, nut butters, paneer, eggs, dals/legumes, rice/roti and healthy fats. Avoid relying mainly on junk food or sugary foods for weight gain.
