Tooth and Mouth Problems

I observed a white or yellowish patch behind my left lower wisdom teeth. It is painless. And in the same area, from the last 2 months a blister is occurring just after eating something -> popping and getting healed in 2 days. Also there are few lymph nodes at the same time just below my left ear from the last 1 year or so. Picture is attached. Pls suggest.

I have severe pain on my lower back teeth since 2 days after having food. Please suggest if u have to take antibiotics

Started observing these white spots after dental treatment , not sure if it was there already or new . What could be the reason , although no pain or burning . Its presence is bothering me . Does most of the adults have these .

My mother had a cap placed more than 25 years back. It fell off recently and she is not facing any pain. But it looks odd to see her without the teeth. At this age, can she withstand the pain if we go for another crown placement. Is this advisable?? Is there any other way to cover the removed cap. Kindly advise

I have got 7 gic filling 4 in lower jaw 3 in upper. In molars not very deep. Small to moderate some ar small some are a little more than small I am 21 how many restoration i would need in my life I wash my mouth after eating with water after having tea also if it's not possible to rinse i take water squash it all over and drink it brush two times. I am getting a small bump just behind my left lower wisdom teeth from the last 2 months every week. This bump always suddenly occurs whenever or while I eat something and feel with my tongue (I can feel that). That bump will pop and convert to some ulcer type (it will pain for one day) and then it heals in 1 day or so. Attaching pic. Pls suggest what to do?

Due to more allopathic tables consumed in number, I have got ulcers in the right side of the inside mouth gum portion. Would you like to suggest removing pain or inflammation.
