Tooth and Mouth Problems

Mouth ulcer Last 2 days under tongue area right side it looks like red bumps and white stone type there are 5 bumps and white stone tell me medicine to take and all things in my body okay and I can't eat and speak

Today I noticed that I have one white dot spot in inside cheek and another one is on another cheek same size same place no pain no bleeding nothing what I fear is I used tobaco but now it's Ramadan so I was on fasting . What is this Is this seriously .only two dots on different side one is other side but same place sime size

Having this red spot in cheek for 3 weeks and it fades if i stretch . No burning or pain . What could be the reason

I had my lower wisdom teeth extraction in Dec 2024 but after that i noticed i have sometimes burning on tip of tongue or upper palate. Its almost 15 months i had my extraction Please help is it something serious.

I was told i have bone loss due to alignment issues (front and bottom teeth are pushed forward or something and touching) and was recommended aligners or braces to prevent further bone loss..i wanted 2nd opinion based on my X-rays. Please help

Hello 40 years old female, diabetic since last 1 year. Sugars under control. Had a cosmetic dental filling in February. Suddenly I have developed a burning sensation in my mouth on and off since 1 mouth. Never had such an issue for my previous fillings. There is no problem in eating or sleeping. But the sensation is uncomfortable. It suddenly goes away on its own. I am a pure vegetarian. My dentist says it's not an issue. Am worried if it's a neurological issue. Kindly advise.
