Tooth and Mouth Problems

From yesterday he is getting tooth pain and this morning his face is swallowed why please help me to understand.

I had decay on my this 8th molar nesioangular tooth and dentist did composite filling but he told some caries remains as more drilling can expose the nerve...but do you see any decay/caries under this restoration?? This is the xray of after restoration i didnot have any pain before filling but after filling i have spontaneous mild quick pain. .1 month passes still same .why is it happen?

I'm undergoing root canal treatment, but inspite of being given anaesthesia, procedure is painful, dr advised me to take pain killer, but after the effect of pain killer is over, pain restart again, every sitting pain is there inspite of anaesthesia

I am writing to seek your advice regarding my wife's ongoing issue with her upper left wisdom tooth. She has been experiencing severe, on-and-off pain in that area for the past few days, which was initially unbearable.   As she is currently in her second trimester and also on Ecosprin, we were advised to wait a few days before proceeding with any dental procedures. The pain has now decreased and is no longer as intense as before.   Given this change, we are unsure whether the extraction is still necessary at this stage or if it would be advisable to wait and monitor the situation further. We want to ensure the best and safest course of action for both her and the baby. I also have attached the Xray for your reference. Seek advice on what could be done.
