Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello!! I have these spots on tongue.. i am little bit tensed about it.. kindly reply if is normal or not?? Thanks in advance..

The teeth of my mother ( 56 yrs, diabetic) is getting weak and are becoming smaller day by day. Went to multiple dentist but no one suggests any toothpaste or mouth wash or any other meds ( except vitamins). Please suggest a good toothpaste which can remineralise her teeth and sustain the strength.

Any treatment for gum lengthening issues or gummy smile .I have three crown teeth on upper front area of teeth. Can u share better and faster treatment of gummy smile

There's no pain or irritation. Though not being able to eat normally due to mouth ulcer. I'm applying dologel for ulcer. Do I need to see a dentist for my tooth??

Curenext Oral gel should be applied on teeth like a cream or it should be used as a paste to brush teeth. Is there any good toothpaste with curcuma?

From yesterday he is getting tooth pain and this morning his face is swallowed why please help me to understand.

I had decay on my this 8th molar nesioangular tooth and dentist did composite filling but he told some caries remains as more drilling can expose the nerve...but do you see any decay/caries under this restoration?? This is the xray of after restoration i didnot have any pain before filling but after filling i have spontaneous mild quick pain. .1 month passes still same .why is it happen?

I'm undergoing root canal treatment, but inspite of being given anaesthesia, procedure is painful, dr advised me to take pain killer, but after the effect of pain killer is over, pain restart again, every sitting pain is there inspite of anaesthesia
