Should I remove dental implant?? How much time required for bone healing?? Please guide me Thank you

The teeth of my mother ( 56 yrs, diabetic) is getting weak and are becoming smaller day by day. Went to multiple dentist but no one suggests any toothpaste or mouth wash or any other meds ( except vitamins). Please suggest a good toothpaste which can remineralise her teeth and sustain the strength.
