In root canal, which cap is good- metallic and ceramic or only ceramic.pls suggest which is better.is it necessary to put cap

My baby was born on 16 May 2025. I have noticed multiple black/dark spots on both the upper and lower front teeth and am concerned whether these are cavities, stains, or an enamel problem. He takes NAN PRO 3 formula milk and daily supplements (D3 Must, Gemcal P, and A To Z NS, 1 ml each). His diet includes dalia, dal, apple puree, banana. Could you please advise: 1. What could be causing these black spots? 2. Do these look like cavities that need treatment? 3. Could formula milk, night feeds, diet, or supplements be contributing? 4. Should I take him for an in-person dental check-up urgently? I have attached a photo for reference.

I am attaching two pictures showing bump on left cheek it's their single long but when I started doing baloon exercise it's started feeling little more prominent and painful.. it's a pinkish bump with a red dot hole in middle. As I have stopped chewing pan masala already more than a month, but it's making me feel scared I can't even concentrate on my daily routine... I had a flexible denture fitted 7 days ago. Since then, I have been experiencing persistent pain and discomfort. The gums under and around the denture are swollen, red, and tender to touch. The denture feels tight and seems to be rubbing against the gums, causing soreness and irritation. I am also producing more saliva than usual. The pain is significant enough that I have been taking painkillers, but the discomfort continues.

Hello doctors from past six i have cavity in left wisdom teeth few days ago i visited my nearest dentist for cavity filling and she start drilling my teeth without xray after she noticed that i have deep cavity and she told me that do root canal she is MDS graduate so take another consultation with other dentist and took xray and found that my teeth is not growing properly so he told to do surgical extraction well i come here to proper guidance should go root canal or tooth extraction i attached xray Thank you 🙂

Hello doctors, I am a 20 year old female, having T1D for 12 years and on insulin. I also have thyroid and I'm on depression medicines. I am having pain in the cheeks while biting, when I join the teeth, the skin of my cheeks bite. It pains and sometimes bleeds too only when I touch it. If the wisdom tooth is erupting.
