Hi docorts, My 3 year old baby girl has black strain in teeth. How to remove this doctor? Please share your suggestions

I am noticing black spots on my tongue and sides of the tongue and also below the tongue since 1 month actually i dont know when it appeared but i just noticed it 1 month before so what will be the reason and how to cure it?? bcz my tongue was never have this before and if prblm didn't solve then which doctor to show ent or dentist??

Hi Sir/Mam, Maine ek mahine pahle gutkha khana band Kiya hai. Me left side se gutkha khata tha. Ab kabhi kabhi khata hu to right side se khata hu. Ek mahine se sab kuch thik thak tha. Lekin 5-6 din pahle mere left gaal me ek red colour ka chhota sa spot aaya, maine uspe haldi or ghee laga diya. Uske baad wah spot thoda fail gya or ab 5-6 mm ka ho gya hai. Kinare par lal hai or beech me white sa. Isme na koi dard hota na bleeding na irritation. Please suggest me treatment and diagnosis.

Hi doctors, good day! I had a horizontal impacted wisdom tooth, got surgery 12 days ago. And they removed stitches last Friday, and mentioned everything seemed fine. But post that, since Saturday (last 4 days) I seem to have this growth, like a small, soft  bump, in that area. The area aches very mildly, and at times food gets lodged under the bump. Please see the photo attached. Is this something serious?
