Traumatic ulceration or Cancer

Hello Doctor, I recently had scaling and tooth grinding done 3–4 days ago. Since then, I have noticed a painful irregular sore/cut-like area on the upper inner right cheek near the teeth rubbing area. Pain increases while eating, touching, or cheek movement. When touched, the area feels slightly irregular/thick like a small lump internally, though there is no obvious visible raised growth from outside. Could this still be a traumatic/friction ulcer after dental work, or does it look suspicious for oral cancer and require urgent examination? Kindly guide ..thanks I am scared ...

Pain source in rct tooth

I have to get a crown for my front tooth- I had RCT done on both twice- even now, the Dentist opened the teeth to check if any cleaning required- all good But the problem is that on second appointment one of the tooth started paining bad- I have got the medicines, and that is keeping the pain down- I don't understand when all the nerve has been removed and the doctor, she cannot see any infection while she is using the files - then what exactly is causing the pain? Where is it hidden?

I have this ever since I had peri peri fries continuous for week as it was spicy, acidic , hot and salty. Could it be the cause? I did ask my dentist who told me to reach out to oral specialist since I also have hypothyroidism and in a lot stress could be a cause of it. . It does look scary and I'm too afraid to visit the specialist.

Cavity... severe pain

Hiii... I'm 35 years old... I had a cavity in my tooth and it was causing pain, especially at night. However, the pain used to go away on its own without any medication. When I visited the dentist, they recommended a root canal treatment (RCT). However, they also suggested trying a temporary filling first to see if the tooth could be managed without an RCT. They said that if there was no pain after the filling, we could continue with it; otherwise, an RCT would be necessary. Yesterday morning, I got the filling done. After returning home, I started experiencing very severe tooth pain in the evening—much worse than I had ever felt before. We called the dentist, and they prescribed a painkiller and an antibiotic and again advised an RCT.....i wanted to ask whether getting the filling was the wrong decision. What could be the reason for such severe pain after the filling?
