My son is 5.4 years. His permanent two lower teeth are coming . But his milk teeth is not falling. How will his milk teeth fall

That is normal … it can ( milk teeth ) shed itself in sometime , if it is still thr at 7 year of age visit your pediatric dentist for same ..
Sometime at certain time span the teeth don’t fall as per life changing habits then your pediatric dentist wil rule out by taking X-ray and will remove if necessary
But wait and watch till a year .. it’s absolutely normal

Hi, usually milk teeth shed around or after 6 years of age. This process is initiated by a permanent tooth underneath it. It is a slow process and usually doesn't need any intervention. For now, we don't have to do anything just wait for it to become more loose and it'll fall on its own. If it fails to fall or is not mobile then we need to consult a dentist.

Hi mam only after 6 years of age every milk tooth starts to shed mam. That lower permanent teeth slowly erupt and help the shedding of milk teeth mam.So please wait and watch for some more months mam. If your child feels any disturbance please visit the nearby dentist for a consultation.

Usually lower front permanent teeth erupt from back of milk teeth and once the milk tooth sheds new teeth take their place.
So no need to worry they will fall

When the permanent lower front teeth begin to emerge, the roots of the baby teeth gradually dissolve.This causes the baby teeth to become loose and eventually fall out naturally .The permanent teeth then move into their proper position.

The permanent teeth are coming in before the milk teeth have fallen out. Usually the milk teeth loosen and fall naturally, but if they remain firm while the permanent teeth continue erupting, a dentist should check whether they need extraction.

Hi..mam..in many of them it will take some time to fall.. The permanent tooth will completely erupt at 6 years so till that wait..then the milk teeth will fall by its own..if not so visit the near by dentist and remove the milk teeth..But wait for minimum 6 to 7 months
