My  son is 5.4 years. His permanent two lower teeth are coming . But his milk teeth is not falling. How will his milk teeth fall

Hi..mam..in many of them it will take some time to fall.. The permanent tooth will completely erupt at 6 years so till that wait..then the milk teeth will fall by its own..if not so visit the near by dentist and remove the milk teeth..But wait for minimum 6 to 7 months
