It is completely normal for some children not to lose their first baby tooth exactly at 6 years of age. Most children begin shedding their lower front baby teeth between 6–7 years, but the normal range can vary from 5–7 years. If your child has not lost any teeth yet but there is no pain, swelling, or difficulty eating, there is usually no need to worry. Sometimes the permanent teeth are simply developing a little later. I recommend scheduling a visit with a pediatric dentist for a clinical examination and, if needed, an OPG (panoramic X-ray) to check whether the permanent teeth are developing and erupting normally. If the permanent teeth are present and developing well, observation is usually all that’s required.

Not all children start losing their baby teeth exactly at 6 years. The normal age range is between 6 and 7 years, and some children may start a little later There's usually no cause for concern. Baby teeth become loose only when the underlying permanent teeth begin erupting.
Next Steps
If your child has completed 6 years and none of the baby teeth are loose, schedule a dental check-up. A clinical examination, and if needed an X-ray, can confirm whether the permanent teeth are developing and erupting normally.
Health Tips
Avoid trying to loosen or remove baby teeth at home and maintain good oral hygiene for your son.

Hello. It's okay if it hasn't shed yet; there's nothing to worry about. Milk teeth usually start shedding between the age of 6 and 7. So you can wait until he turns 7. And if it still doesn't start shedding after 7 years of age, you can visit the dentist.

Hello it’s very normal for a 6 year child to not loose teeth.. we wait for another 6 months before doing any intervention. Please reach out again if he still retains them at 6.5 years of age.
Next Steps
If he still retains them then your nearby dentist will prescribe an x ray to rule out any anomaly.
Health Tips
Do not force fully try to move or loosen up any teeth as it may harm underlying young permanent teeth inside the bone.
