One more thing it also happen because of supari,gutka/pan masala containing Areca nut, tobacco,Betel quid.etc….. If you are involved in such habits then stop it as immediately as possible. If this problem is because of your right wisdom tooth get the tooth extracted ASAP.

OSMF is mainly caused due to use of supari/ areca nut, paan, gutka or similar products ,if you are consuming all this, stop it immediately If your mouth opening is only 10mm, this is severe limitation of mouth opening. For the right wisdom tooth an OPG xray is usually useful  to determine its postion
Health Tips
consult oral medicine/oral maxillofacial surgeon Do not delay treatment because your case is already worsened

If you have been diagnosed with oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) for around 2 years and your mouth opening is only 10 mm, that is severely restricted. The upper-right wisdom tooth rubbing against the cheek can definitely cause local irritation or ulceration, even without pain. However, a wisdom tooth rubbing the cheek would not normally explain a 10-mm mouth opening or OSMF by itself. The restricted opening is much more likely related to the underlying OSMF, although other causes should also be ruled out.
Next Steps
* Please see an oral medicine specialist/oral & maxillofacial surgeon for assessment, particularly because the opening is only 10 mm. * Have the wisdom tooth examined. If it is repeatedly traumatizing the cheek, the dentist can decide whether treatment or removal is appropriate. * Your specialist may assess the extent/stage of OSMF, check the cheek tissues for fibrous bands and examine any areas of ulceration. * If you use areca nut/supari, gutkha, pan masala or similar products, stopping completely is extremely important. Continued exposure can worsen OSMF and increases the risk of oral cancer. * OSMF requires regular follow-up, because it is a potentially malignant oral disorder.
Health Tips
* Don’t deliberately force your mouth open aggressively; stretching should be done only according to a specialist’s recommended exercise/physiotherapy plan. * Avoid very spicy, hot or irritating foods if they trigger burning. * Avoid tobacco and all areca-nut products. * Keep the cheek and wisdom-tooth area clean and avoid repeatedly biting/rubbing it. * Track your mouth opening periodically using the same method so your dentist can monitor whether it is improving or worsening.

Osmf usually doesn’t cause much pain. It is due to formation of fibrous bands in muscles of cheek that causes reduced mouth opening. If it is not causing yu any trouble thats ok but if you want to regain the opening of your mouth there are certain exercises and laser treatments or local injections also that can help you.
Next Steps
Need to show to the dentist for detail examination
Health Tips
For cuts or ulcer on cheeck apply gel and message like dologel ct

OSMF from last 2 years, are you taking any treatment for it. Are you involved in chronic smoking, chewing tobacco, please stop it. You have to undergo proper treatment for OSMF which is topical steroids plus sometimes inralesional injections to improve mouth opening. For wisdom tooth, constant irritation also can cause reduced mouth opening
Next Steps
Get on OPG xray done and consult your dentist

OSMF is caused due to habit of chewing tobacco, specifically betel nuts , gutka , pan or can be caused due to consumption of very spicy food. As your mouth opening is only 10 mm it is highly restricted and on stage 4  (extreme trismus) can be treated by surgical intervention combined with intensive post operative therapy. Once your mouth opening will be normal then only dentist can think of the treatment of right wisdom teeth
Next Steps
Consult with the oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Do not delay as the condition is already worsen
