Tooth and Mouth Problems

I went to this dentist 6 months ago called citi dental in south end of Boston w my insurance and they tried to charge me 500 dollars for a treatment supposed to be covered by insurance after a week of going I expirenced jaw issues ( not able to move my jaw, trouble opening and closing jaw, excuerating pain in jaw and sometimes difficult to talk because of this) it's hard to eat or anything when my jaw locks halfway unable to eat sometimes I would have to eat oatmeal or ceral or something drinkable to be able to eat. I want to fix my jaw so I dont feel that pain anymore. Any suggestions or feedback would be lovely!

If someone has 28 teeth and got 4 canines removed for braces as there was no space in the mouth, and post braces, in-between removed 4 wisdom teeth, 2 out 4 that got decayed and 2 wisdom teeth, upper ones, that weren't even coming out properly. Now, only 24 teeth left, out of which 3 have root canals and others have fillings. Does this teeth count and procedures that one has undergone, affect brain functions or memory adversely. This was for a young person. What will happen in 60s and 70s, God only knows. Some say that less teeth means less chewing leads to reduce sensory input and affecting memory. How true is this? Can someone please guide me.

Sir/Madam I needed orthodontic treatment for my upper front teeth. So i consulted an orthodontist and asked about the treatment plan. The orthodontist said that he will give metallic braces and an expander to create space. We then consulted another orthodontist and he said that expander will not work for a 15+ year old girl. He said that he will not disturb the structure and will only bring the teeth inside by putting braces and doing IPR if required for space. I am confused on which is the right step. Does expander work on a 15+ year old girl or not? Kindly help that which treatment approach is the right one. Thanks in advance

It's my teeth's current position I visit a Orthodontist he tell me I need to extract more 3 teeths cause I have Bimaxilary Protrusion profile and That's cause my lower lips is forward what should I do ?

Hello doctor, I have deep bite and fluorosis in my front teeth. My upper front teeth are slightly inward, and they were never shiny  they have always looked dull. In 2015 i found cavity in front teeth then In 2017, I had cavities and got fillings done. One tooth had deep cavity, so medicine was placed before filling. Now teeth look darker, feel weak, and I cannot brush hard on them, so braces may not be possible. This affects my confidence while smiling. And after that i also face many times a bump inside the nose and that pain goes on teeth very unbearable. Please suggest a safe and budget-friendly treatment without removing natural teeth.I am very introverted person and i feel so stressed 😥.Help Thank you.

I went to my dentist 4 months back and he said it is a stain But am getting worried about it. No pain No sensitivity No change in size But when I click pic normally it's look like pin point dot brown or yellow or feels like shadow when I seem from selfie camera But after rinsing brushing or normally drinking water it look black or dark brown And the pic  I attached is with macro camera

I have made my wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure last long 2 hours. After 2 days when the effect pf pain killer disappears there is severe paon in mandibular joint. The pain is unbearble. Its been 5 days of the surgery. Yet no improvement

The left central incisor looks slightly chipped at the bottom (we’re not sure how it happened). On the right central incisor, there seems to be a groove on the middle surface where food tends to get stuck. There’s also a brown stain that sometimes reduces after proper brushing. She doesn’t eat chocolates or biscuits, but she does eat muruku and fruits. She is still breastfeeding as well. Brushing has been quite challenging. She doesn’t allow us to brush properly — she mostly chews the brush and screams if we try to help. We’re using Chicco toothpaste as recommended by her pediatrician.

Sir,Today my wife's third root canal sitting completed.Dentist Said for Sonography/X-ray to find out is their any Small 3rd vein as two veins have already been treated,I have attached Reports.Please explain and Tell is their anything to be concerned about written in report.Waiting for immediate reply.
