Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have cyst on tooth 22 root. Doctor suggested surgery to remove it. But before that, he did re- rct with metapex dressing . Now he told me to wait for 14 days then he complete rct and within one week he will do surgery. My question is that if surgery is already planned to do then what is need of metapex initially? It gives me pain on nose area.painkiller is adviced but hiw many days will i eat medicine after surgery they will prescribe again painkiller and antibiotics.

One red patch on tongue for 14 days without pain . No fever kindly suggest what is this?? No habit of smoking or taking tobacco

Sir/Madam, my daughter is 4.5 years old and weighs 16 kg. She had fever, and during the fever she developed inflamed, painful white patches/sores on her tongue and yellow/white patches on her gums.she complains burning sensation in her throat. The mouth pain is severe and she is unable to eat solid food due to pain. She is taking fluids but eating is difficult. What should be given to her?

I have cyst in upper front area above tooth 11,21,21,23 , seen in cbct,surgery is suggested with bone grafting. Is surgery of cyst removal painfull post-op,and bone grafting is painful or not,some said that after grafting its painful for two weeks and how i know that grafting is done correctly and is healing?healing time is 3 or 4 months ,until these months what pain , changes will feel , please reply soon. What id only cyst remove is done and no bone grafting .

I had surgery 16 years ago due to infection in front upper part of tooth 11,22as 21 is already removed during childhood trauma due to infection ,11and 22 had rct too 16 years ago, and bridge made for 21. Now in cbct two cyst are seen ,one radicular cyst on tooth 22 and one between 11&missed tooth 21. A little bone is between these two cyst. Doctors are not saying wirh 100 percent sure tgat thses are surgery defect or cyst . I only gave pain above 22 tooth only on pressing nose area of that side. Docter suggested to go fir surgery but what if not cyst?

Is this small or big surgery, cyst or bone defect or surgery scar (16 years ago surgery had been performed due to infection in upper area of tooth 11,21,22)what problems arises due to surgery? Can surgery only fir cyst removal is giving me long time problem without bone grafting? What is need of bone grafting here in cyst removal surgery? Can not i live with surgery only, i m worry about bone grafting, cab bone grafting give me again infection and then again surgery will be. So i dont want bone grafting,pls suggest

Even after 10 days since my dental surgery and stitch removal, I am still experiencing persistent and excruciating pain. I am unable to sleep at night and wake up needing painkillers. I have been continuously taking painkillers for 10 days and am completely sick and tired of depending on them; they are now causing headaches. Due to this pain, I miss college almost every morning. I revisited after 7 days and even mentioned dry socket, but was told nothing was wrong. I cannot manage like this anymore. I do not want to go to another hospital Manipal Hospital performed the procedure and took the payment, so it is their responsibility to resolve this. The pain is absolutely unbearable without painkillers.
