Tooth and Mouth Problems

Age 33 having this white tongue. Only morning it easily scarf off with tongue cleaner. Or its oral thrush or any fungal infection. I will be very thankful for ur support

My front teeth is injured according to a dentist and it has infection till root. Xray displays a black area near the root of the teeth. What could be the reason for this pain and how can it be cured? Doctor has given Racsol-PS tablet, but it's not helping in settling pain. What is the medicine I can take? And what would be permanent solution?

After my pregnancy my tooth got broken and I felt severe pain, so I checked with dentist they informed i should bear the pain till 4th month and after they can perform root canal with gynaecologist advises.. is there any other possibilities to get rid of my pain. I used to take dolo 650 still my pain remains same
