Can bone grafting be done without extraction of the mobile tooth? I have a grade 1 mobility in front 2 lower teeth due to bone loss and doctor advised extraction and bridge. Is splint not the option in my case?

Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old and I have been experiencing a persistent white line/patch-like appearance inside my mouth (inner lips and cheeks) along with mild burning and occasional tingling sensation. There are no ulcers, no fever, and no major systemic symptoms. My vitamin D was previously low, and I have completed supplementation.
