Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got a wisdom tooth but it was grown in cross direction due to that front teeth was infected as cavity so , doctor recommended to remove wisdom teeth and make a root cap for front cavity teeth. Is it mandatory to remove the wisdom teeth?

Sir/Madam I was prescribed to use upper night guard. After wearing the night guard for 2 nights, I feel that my upper teeth no. 24 is not properly aligning with the lower teeth. Is it possible that the teeth shifts only after 2 nights usage of night guard in case the fitment is not proper Thanks in advance.

I’m having pain in my wisdom tooth as well as the tooth next to it, which already has an RCT. I’m not sure whether I should get both removed or only the wisdom tooth. Also, please let me know if any surgical treatment is needed for the RCT tooth. I’ve attached the X-ray for reference.

From last 1 week, I have pain while opening the morning, Even unable to eat because of restricted mouth opening. No trauma , nothing happened.
