Hey hi, the white wound you're describing near your back teeth is likely a major aphthous ulcer or an infection related to an impacted wisdom tooth (Pericoronitis). Since it is spreading and causing pain, you need a physical exam to check for infection
Also if available attach xrays of ur teeth.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist immediately for an IOPA X-ray of the area. You may need a course of antibiotics or a professional cleaning under the gum flap
Health Tips
Rinse with lukewarm saltwater 3-4 times a day.Avoid spicy or hot foods.

If it has happened in that area, then it is because of the third molar which has erupted inclining towards the cheek
Next Steps
1.a traumatic ulcer needs at least 10 to 14 days to heal.
2 avoid chewing from that side.
3. soft food intake
4. avoid sleeping on that side as it will press the cheek against the tooth .
5. The medicines you will be needing analgesics and multivitamins
Health Tips
if it is not healing or recurring then visit the dentist as soon as possible
