B-complex isn't a cure for mouth ulcer. Don't self medicate yourself. Get an examination done by an oral pathologist to know the true etiology why are they are happening to you because the reason differs for all and so do ulcers.

B complex capsules are good for general Physical health as well as maintaining the integrity of oral tissues but they do not cure ulcers that have already formed. You can continue taking a tablet once a day but it will not have any role whatsoever in the healing of the ulcer. You can use anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT for temporary symptomatic relief and avoid hot and spicy drinks and foods. Regards.
