I have a small white ulcer/patch on the inner cheek near a molar tooth for about 10–12 days. It is slightly painful and the surrounding area also feels sore. I frequently get mouth ulcers. My recent blood report shows low
Vitamin B12 with high MCV. I quit tobacco 2 years ago. There is no bleeding or numbness.
Please advise whether this looks like a simple aphthous/traumatic ulcer or if it needs further examination, and what treatment I should follow.
