Tooth and Mouth Problems

I recently got my left upper wisdom tooth extracted as I experienced severe sensitivity due to cavity formation. Previously I also had pain in the lower side and the dentist that I consulted before told me that there is infection and should remove both upper and lower teeth. But the doctor I consulted now for extraction told me that only upper tooth will be removed and lower one can removed if there is pain in future. But I don't want to go through the traumatizing experience over again. I just wanted to get it done for once but the doctor said just remove the upper one alone and keep monitoring the lower one after taking x-ray. I will attach the x-ray also for your reference. The other side also feels a bit sensitive now when I drink cold water. I am worried the other three will also become problematic even though they are not that impacted. Please tell me how to avoid another extraction?

I am travelling & ate sharp edge food & due to gastric acidity . The pain in tooth aggravated. Took paracetamol tablet. What to do . Sharp pain. Sleep is disturbed

I had a bridge fitted for four teeth which is dis-lodged. Doctor advised to remove both the teeth which were holding the bridge. The first tooth has a fracture but the last one is intact. Do I need to extract both for having a removable denture to be fitted? Also there is one lower tooth which has RC done., but has developed infection. There is no pain. Doctor has advised extraction for that tooth also. Please advise.

I don't know what is happening with my mucosa from last 4 months a thin layer appears on buccal mucosa and scrap of after 2 days by my tongue this process is repeating from last 4 months is it leukoplakia or candiasis? and also the affected area causes wrinkles please see photo and tell me proper treatment I am very tensed because i reach many dentist but this problem doesn't go away permanently right after scraping a thin plastic shiny layer appears on mucosa and form wrinkles I have searched on internet it tells me that it is precancerous I am very worried please help

Rct done 9 years back. Left upper 1st molar. Intermittent pain in that tooth from over one year but not all times. Zygomatic area pain sometime. Sometime in morning beside nose.(recently) OPG done Findings: • Endodontically restored 26. • Bilateral condylar and coronoid process appear normal. • Generalised bone mineralisation and trabecular pattern appear normal. If re rct done - same problem can persist internally? extraction will be teer for this case? What should my next steps?

There is a lot of swelling and pain at the end of my jaw.. Where the jaw is connected to face. The skin on the the inside of my cheeks also feels swelled up and pains. Unable to open my mouth or do much.

Hi Doctor, I would appreciate it if you could review the attached X-ray and let me know if there is any issue with the molar adjacent to my dental implant. About a year ago, after completing my braces treatment, I received a dental implant. At the same time, a root canal treatment (RCT) was performed on the molar next to the implant. Lately, I have been experiencing severe pain in the RCT-treated molar, especially when I touch it or close my mouth. I’m concerned and would be grateful for your expert advice on the matter. My upper second molar is in pain and there is some swelling around it. I have tried taking catrol DT 3 tablets in total. It has been 2 days since the pain Started.
