Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello ! 3 weeks back i have fever and throat infection after 3 days some ulceration started in my oral cavity including gums i visited to a dentist the doctor dignosed me and said it is herpes 1 he prescribed me some steroids and ointments its been 2 weeks now the ulcers are not properley cured please suggest

I attached the photo just want to ask that redness is cause of oral cancer do I have oral cancer yesterday I was in so much pain and today I feel dologenct gel free from pain just want to ask why this patch

Does the photo looks like there could be an oral thrush infection? I am seeing whiteness on tongue specifically in the morining after waking up. Please advice

During my childhood, my front tooth (21) got cracked due to a fall. Later, because of an infection, that tooth had to be extracted. Many years later, the adjacent teeth (11 and 22) also became infected. The doctor performed surgery on the upper gums to remove the infection, and after performing Root Canal Treatment (RCT) on teeth 11 and 22, a bridge and crowns were placed to replace the missing tooth (21)."Now after 16 or 17 years ,i have pain on left side by pressing nose but normally there is no pain.Doctor told me for xray and cbct . In arepoer of cbct it's showing that a redicular cyst on left side on tooth root 22 and on tooth 11 there is black area which dont know what it is? It can be either surgery defect or cyst.. but i dont gave oain on right side on tooth 11 . Doctor suggested to do surgery on front upper side abd remove the cyst without doing any re -rct on tooth 11&22 .i want 2nd opinion -what to do? surgery or removing tooth 22 will automatically remove cyst within it.

Hi , I got my OPG Xray done ... Below attached is the same. Is it required for me to get the Tooth extraction done ? Or will it be fine with the medicines?

I have cyst on tooth 22 root. Doctor suggested surgery to remove it. But before that, he did re- rct with metapex dressing . Now he told me to wait for 14 days then he complete rct and within one week he will do surgery. My question is that if surgery is already planned to do then what is need of metapex initially? It gives me pain on nose area.painkiller is adviced but hiw many days will i eat medicine after surgery they will prescribe again painkiller and antibiotics.
