Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have this since 4 months no change or even if any changes I cannot see bcz to me it's seems same no pain

Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old and I have been experiencing a persistent white line/patch-like appearance inside my mouth (inner lips and cheeks) along with mild burning and occasional tingling sensation. There are no ulcers, no fever, and no major systemic symptoms. My vitamin D was previously low, and I have completed supplementation. Other reports are mostly normal, but the oral mucosa is not returning to normal. Kindly advise what this could be and whether any further evaluation or treatment is needed. Thank you

After wisdom tooth extraction, how long do I need to wait to kiss deeply?...I'm typically germophobiac. I'm scared of hiv too.so I need to know how long it takes to heal bleeding wounds...so there will be no risk of any diseases.

Small teeth ones dentist said it is stain 3 months back since then nothing changed big teeth few lines where there he did not say anything after asking he said chill don't take so much of stress its nothing. Size did not change but few more lines appeared

Have significant yellow tartar which is now spreading down the gum since a few months, also teeth feels little weak. Can removing the tartar fix the gum as well or what is the best solution for this?

I had a lower wisdom tooth removed about one year ago. Since then, I’ve had altered sensation on the left side of my tongue — not complete numbness,(slight numbness )but increased sensitivity, especially to spicy food. I took Nervigen Plus for months(5) and noticed some improvement, but stopped after that. I’d like a proper evaluation for a possible lingual nerve injury and to know whether any further treatment or supplements could still help.
