Paste wont give any relief.  Pyria  causes 1) poor oral hygiene 2) Any hormone related issues 3)smoking , alcohol etc If You have calculus ( solid structures attached to the teeth), that should be first removed. So Dont worry. Visit your  nearby dentist . Scaling can relieve ur  gum problems. Maintain Good oral hygiene. Evenafter If it recurs within a short period, You can  do a general medical checkup any nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalance. Try to find out dear .

Paste won’t solve the problem. A visit to a dental clinic is needed in this case for proper treatment.

If gums are swollen and bleeding, professional dental cleaning helps a lot. It removes plaque and tartar causing the infection and allows the gums to heal.
