Toothpaste is just a medium. The basic difference between adult and kid tooth paste is the fluoride content. Kids ingest more paste while brushing so we recommend separate paste for them. The proper way of brushing is most important thing in keeping good oral hygiene. So don't worry about paste which ever paste the child accept let them use preferably kidodent, pediflour.

Hello sir/ma'am as your child is 3years old use Mee Mee or Chicco toothpaste (non fluoridated) as at this age child will eat up the paste. The paste should be pea size quantity and brushing needs to done by the parent two times a day. Night brushing is a must, and in circular round motion.
