Toothpaste is just a medium. The basic difference between adult and kid tooth paste is the fluoride content. Kids ingest more paste while brushing so we recommend separate paste for them. The proper way of brushing is most important thing in keeping good oral hygiene. So don't worry about paste which ever paste the child accept let them use preferably kidodent, pediflour.
Health Tips
Ask them to brush in round circular motion. Rinse thoroughly after every meal.

Don't just use any toothpaste for your kid..as your kid is just 3yrs old non fluoridated tooth paste is advisable as kids at this age tend to swallow the paste..
Next Steps
Visit nearby pediatric dentist..So after dental check up they will advise you proper toothpaste and also they will show you the brushing technique recommend for this age

Hello sir/ma'am as your child is 3years old use Mee Mee or Chicco toothpaste (non fluoridated) as at this age child will eat up the paste. The paste should be pea size quantity and brushing needs to done by the parent two times a day. Night brushing is a must, and in circular round motion.
