Tooth paste for Cavity
I have done filling in many teeth time to time and started having a small cavity in another tooth. Currently i am using Himalaya complete care tooth paste. Is there a better tooth paste which can help to restore the tooth from cavity and for further prevention.

Use a toothpaste with fluoride in it.. It has anti cavity property..

Ur food habits n oral hygiene is the major cause of repeated cavities. Reduce d intake of sticky sugary foods in between meals n maintain a good oral hygiene. Also visit ur dentist every 6months.
