I wanna whiten my teeth and realized that i have cavity on both of my molars. Its like a black line going through my teeth and whenever food or something sweet touches it, it becomes quite sensitive. And also two 2 black dots on my pre molars. Does it need filling before whitening? And whats the average cost of both of them

Yes, cavities should be treated before teeth whitening.
If you have black lines, black dots, and sensitivity to sweets, it likely means there is decay. Whitening on teeth with cavities can increase sensitivity and may worsen the problem.
First get the cavities filled. After that, you can safely go for teeth whitening.
The cost depends on the city and clinic, but fillings are usually charged per tooth, and whitening is a separate procedure.
Visit a dentist for proper examination and treatment planning.

This is a textbook case of SENSITIVITY (a sharp sensation caused by eating cold, sweet, hot),and it shows tooth is still alive and caries have reached till dentin the inner yellow layer, for that you have to visit dentist.
Generally teeth whitening is done in front teeth canine to canine ,so it primarily does not affect the WHITENING you are seeking
Next Steps
But you should priorities the cavity then think about whitening
