The blue mark is due to carbon paper or articulating paper used to check high points of filling.. it will go with times of brushing and will not cause any harm to you
The blue mark is because of usage of an articulating paper/blue piece of paper which you bite down &grind to trace & remove extra filling material on the surface of your teeth. It should go after couple of brushings if it does not visit your dentist he will polish it & remove it for you. Don’t worry
