All toothpaste which contain fluoride are decent. It's the technique which is important. And flossing too. I personally use oral B Pro Health. But any toothpaste is good if brushed well. Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre anytime. God bless u.

Hi most of the tooth pastes in the market do have almost same composition...opt for a paste having flouride ..usually all brands have 1000 ppm of flouride in their pastes.. no need to go for any medicated one unless prescribed..a newer study is rejecting tooth pastes containing triclosan..best of luck take care..feel free to ask any further queries
Hi,
Toothpastes are basically a cleaning medium ..for removing debris and plaque from your mouth.Given your age you should use any white paste with fluoride in it .Fluoride gives you benefit of cavity prevention.Keeps your gums also healthy from gum diseases .You should definitely brush twice daily with the correct method...rest assured your tooth will remain healthy for a long time to come. All the best.
Toothpastes, or as we call them, dentifrices, are basically designed to remove plaque from the teeth surface and polish them simultaneously..... excluding the medicated toothpastes, all the dentifrices basically do the same job.... the only difference is basically in the flavour or brand preference of the patient..... what is more important is the right brushing technique and your dentist can appropriately guide you with the most effective and convenient brushing technique for you....
Regards.....
