Dear Sir/Mam Mere muh me left cheek me ek safed line ban jati hai or kuch dinon me apne aap chali jati hai. Yah line thodi si hard mehsus hoti hai. Kabhi kabhi Mujhe baat karte samay bhi halka sa discomfort hota hai.iski vajah se. Left molars ke opposite me yah line thoda jyada moti or harder feel hoti hai. Please iske liye koi treatment bataiye.

Hi doctor, couple of years back, my daughter fell down on my Nose strongly. After that, I got face/cheeks pain and for few days and reduced after 2-3 weeks, since the I have been getting Ringing sound in my left ear. I did consult ENTs and they did few tests confirmed there is no issue with the Ear. I did consult Neurologist and they did MRI head and neck confirmed there are no tumor etc., But what I observed is whenever I open my jaw wode I hear clicking sound and my tinnitus sound becomes horrible and when I close it reduces for a minute and comes back to normal sound after sometime. What could be the issue? I doubt this is related to Jaw misalignment or may be something else? What tests I need to do to confirm. Kindly reply

I recently had a 6-unit zerconia bridge cemented (3 days ago).I have noticed a gap/open margin, where the crown meets the gumline on one of the supporting teeth in posterior side and I can gently insert  edge of my fingernail into the space. I have had the margin verbally confirmed as a gap by experienced dentist. The placing dentist is resisting the replacement of the bridge, suggesting that nothing will happen. I already lost my front teeth and I'm worried about long term health of remaining teeth. My questions to the dental community are: What is the accepted standard of care regarding marginal fit for a permanent prosthesis like this? What are the confirmed long-term risks (decay, gum disease) of leaving a visible open margin on an abutment tooth? What is the definitive, ethical solution recommended for a bridge with this type of technical defect immediately after permanent cementation? Sir/Madam My dentist my old metal crown on a RCT treated tooth with a new metallic crown, as the old crown was worn out... The new crown was placed 6 days back but since that day I am feeling a metallic and sour taste from the crown and whole mouth feels metallic and salty . Is it normal or serious. Im having crooked teeth from front and also I've 3 sided extra tiny teeth or vestibular teeth due to which im not able to brush properly bcz its overlapping and it hurts my inner cheeks alot too. What to do in this case?
