Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have White spot and redness as well as black in my left buccal mucosa. White spot is rough as I touch bye tounge As I applied comcort gel then this white becomes smooth and slightly disappears. And when I stop this comcort gel it appears again, recurrent As sometime buccal mucosa itching Not burning Sensation Please tell me solution or diagnosis I I'm very worried and anxious as I have past habit of tobacco chewing and smoking which was stop as 4 years ago

Right side wisdom tooth pain severe, teeth is visible one part only, rest teeth is inside gums and it's paining a lot, if i stop taking pain killer then pain increase rapidly. From two days it started paining. I am taking mobizox and augmentin625 starting today. Today morning, i observe that some blood strain is visible as well. Painkiller is only effective for 5 hrs and after that it started paining so i have to take another pill. Is tooth extraction possible from gums, is this major surgery or can be done with minimal pain. But i am afraid of taking so many pain killers tablets. What I should know before going for extraction, is dentist can able to do it BDS or specialist recommend for it? I am living in Electronic city phase 1 Bangalore.

During my root canal treatment I had bitten my cheek after the healing period when I looked into my cheek it had many white small spots on both sides . Consulted Dentist and dermatologist both said nothing to worry as its sebaceous glands which many of them have it showing up it will gradually fade . How can I resolve it .

Hi it's the 6th day of my wisdom teeth removal I still have pain in my upper jaw both the side although I got the upper left wisdom tooth removed but why my right side is also paining and still upper jaw is paining badly

Age 34 wen i brushing my teeth. After 30 minutes or 1 hour my inner cheeks or under lips skin peeling. Having this problm from the last 3 month. I change three tooth paste but no relief Sensodyne, colgate, peposdent, even i tried salt mouth wash for 15 days. But no relief. Plz help me.

Pain on left temple[stops whenever i take pain killers ] also facing  chronic neck and shoulder pain with stiffness from 1 year[not continuous] also facing anxiety many times mild tinnitus all time from 6 months. Is all these are due to impaction or something else.
