Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had oral sex with my girlfriend after that my tongue became white even after one year it is still white and feeling dry and less saliva mouth. I thought i got std and tested all possible tests everything is negative. when I researched a little the oral sex effected mouth microbes. If that is the case please suggest me what to do

Hi doctors , Iam getting mouth ulcer wound from past 4 days it's becoming big and pain also coming back side last teeth What can I do . It's in white big wound left side last teeth back side it is and is spreading massively .. Any home remedies etc or any medicine plz very helpeful

I'm on braces which had pushed my teeth too far back inside making some of the teeth in both my upper and lower jaw to almost come out of the bone in the cbct  but my ortho just flare out the upper teeth a bit without doing anything for the lower teeth...the second ortho whom I went for consultation told me to remove all my wires and leave only the brackets and let my teeth relapse for three months...what do you think I should do

Hello Doctor, Mujhe aage ke daanton ke beech gums me problem ho rahi hai. 5–6 din pehle maine wahan dhaga (thread) use kiya tha, uske baad se masuda thoda suja hua hai aur dant se halka alag lag raha hai. Us jagah pe halka pain rehta hai, aur jab main usko dabata hoon to jeeb par khatta sa taste aata hai. Maine abhi tak koi proper treatment nahi liya hai. Kindly suggest kariye ki ye infection hai ya koi aur issue, aur mujhe kya treatment lena chahiye. Thank you.

One of my teeth got a cavity, after which it got damaged and broke off a  3 month ago. Now, for the past few days, there is swelling and puffiness in the one gum under nearby tooth which is also cavities. No pain in that area I am rinseing this area with salty  warm  water from week   Please tell me how to treat this."

I have been noticing these brown white patches in my inner cheeks with no pain and no symptoms. Doctor diagnosed it as lichen planus but i am a bit confused. this patches are bilateral. Please check the pictures and tell me what is it.

I want to confirm whether I should continue with the current dentist I'm seeing or should I seek another professional. I'm attaching a dental x-ray of mine. Please share your observations  regarding any  issues you see in the x-ray. I want to know what can be discovered by it, about anyone's dental health. Symptoms at present- slight mobility in teeth where there's recession. I don't see any symptoms that might suggest high blood sugar level. I've yet to get a blood test done.
