Based on your history, your initial rise in blood pressure could have been related to severe dental pain, anxiety, or stress. However, blood pressure readings persistently in the range of 160/100 mmHg or higher should not be ignored and require evaluation by a physician. From a dental perspective, if your tooth pain has subsided and there is no swelling, fever, or signs of active infection, it is less likely that the tooth is the sole cause of your elevated BP. Also, Diclofenac can sometimes contribute to an increase in blood pressure in susceptible individuals. Avoid checking your BP repeatedly, as frequent measurements can increase anxiety and result in falsely elevated readings. Instead, measure it after resting quietly for 5 minutes, twice daily, and maintain a record.
Next Steps
I recommend consulting a physician/cardiologist at the earliest for assessment and to determine if treatment is required. If you develop severe headache, chest pain, shortness of breath, vision changes, or your BP remains above 180/120 mmHg, seek emergency medical care immediately. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hello! Firstly, let’s not panic. You need to consult your physician to get the BP monitored and regulated if needed, at the earliest. Secondly, would request to visit an Oral Surgeon or a dentist to get the wisdom tooth evaluated. Hope this helps!
