Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been suffering from Acute Follicular Tonsillitis for last 20 days treated with Ceftum but still not completely cured. Doctor changed the antibiotics to ceprozil and now taking the course but in the mean time 4-5 days back I incidently find a lump a bit hard no pain though on my soft palate. I got freaked out. Doctor didn't specify about it. Image is attached.

This white line goes when applied kenocart but comes when stopped or in dry mouth times This has been of this much only not changed for months now. I previously used to feel rough there but I no longer feel roughness. Please suggest. I have gastric issue. My mouth tends to be dry. I used to consume tobacco for 3 yrs but I have quit from 4 months.

Hi I have a wisdom tooth which is coming in a slant manner but also touching some nerve below. I've been told that this is risky to remove. But I'm having intermittent pain when trying to eat something hard or hot/cold. Is attempting extraction on this going to cause severe nerve damage? And is the wisdom tooth anyways risky for future?

Hello had a deep cavity filling 1 week back on the right upper molar. No anesthesia was given. Suddenly since last 2 days having a burning irritation around the filling and on the lips too. No sensitivity or pain. Able to eat normally. The sensation is very weird and did not occur during my previous fillings. Anything to be concerned?

My daughter is 3 years old...she is having dental caries... Front teeth... I went to pedodentist who checks private..she did xray of her teeth and said she needs pulpectomy...as teeth are much damaged... I was not ready for this procedure as I thought doing RCT fr small kid is not good... So I went to govt hospital..to check what docs will say there...jus to know second opinion... They took another xray of her teeth...as first xray was digital one and i didn't hav film of the same...they said we can't tell u without xray... Now I am worried about radiation dose from two xrays... First xray was digital one ..and second one was traditional one.. May be d speed or e speed traditional one... I asked them for thyroid collar but they ddnt had available there... I am worried about frequent exposure of radiation for such a small kid...and thinking about thyroid gland exposed to radiation... Pl help me docs... Within a week she got two xrays done..I am freaking out i have troubled in long run..

My lower molar tooth was extracted 10 days ago. now for the past 2 days I've been having excretion of saliva in my mouth and i noticed a white colour patch in my tongue. I have attached the photo of my tongue. what should I do.

I have cyst removal surgery with bone grafting and implant in 21 tooth which has been removed in childhood due to trauma. 11 and 22 has re-rct done. Is implant painful? Pls tell if there is any kind of pain during and after the procedure?will implant give infection as cyst was there?
