Hello. I understand your concern. Tingling sensation on the teeth might be due to various reasons. However As per your given history of sensation after cleaning procedure, brings it down to common sensitivity issue most people complain post scaling.
At times the tartar deposition pushes the gums and this leads to recession of gum line and exposes cementum , dentine., which will cause sensitivity when come in contact with hot or cold , at times even air!
Please continue the mouthwash and toothpaste prescribed by dentist. This often goes away within a week. If this persists kindly visit nearby dentist .
Next Steps
Use potassium nitrate toothpaste like RA thermoseal

Yes, a mild tingling or sensitivity sensation can still occur for some time after deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), especially in patients with generalized periodontitis. As the gums heal and inflammation reduces, previously covered root surfaces may become exposed, leading to temporary sensitivity or tingling sensations.
Since your OPG showed no obvious cavities and you are not experiencing pain, swelling, or other symptoms, this may be part of the healing process. Continue using the prescribed gel and mouthwash as advised and maintain good oral hygiene.
Next Steps
However, if the tingling persists beyond a few weeks, becomes localized to a particular tooth, or is associated with pain, sensitivity to hot/cold, swelling, or discomfort while chewing, a clinical re-evaluation by your dentist is recommended to identify the exact cause.

"Hello. The tingling sensation you are experiencing can sometimes linger even after a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), especially since the inflammation from chronic generalized periodontitis takes time to completely subside. Since you had this sensation before the cleaning, the nerves and tissues are likely still in the healing phase. While deep cleaning is a necessary first step, it is not always a definitive treatment for advanced periodontitis. Although flap surgery is a traditional next option, it is not always advisable or strictly necessary for every patient. I would highly recommend exploring medical-grade dental ozone therapy. Ozone therapy is minimally invasive, highly effective in eliminating persistent periodontal pathogens deep within the gum pockets, and significantly accelerates tissue healing without the need for extensive surgery."
Next Steps
Complete your current 3-day antibiotic course and continue using the prescribed Gumex gel and mouthwash as directed.
Wait for 7-10 days to allow the gums to heal post-cleaning.
If the tingling persists, schedule a follow-up consultation to specifically discuss incorporating medical-grade dental ozone therapy into your treatment plan for deeper disinfection.
Health Tips
Tip: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and maintain gentle but thorough oral hygiene. Avoid vigorous brushing which can further irritate healing gums.
Caution: Monitor the sensation closely. If the tingling transitions into sharp pain, throbbing, or if you notice any localized swelling or pus, contact your dentist immediately, as it may indicate an acute infection or a different underlying issue.
