I had my upper left wisdom tooth extracted in April 2025, but a month later, I developed pain due to a pinpoint bone spur in the area, which was surgically removed in the first week of June 2025. After one month, I’ve been experiencing mild, lingering discomfort in the operated area, along with tingling between my upper lip and nose on the left side. Before the bone spur procedure, a CBCT scan showed no abnormalities, and my doctor assured me everything was fine. I’ve been taking
vitamin B12 for the past six days, but the tingling and mild pain persist, mostly during rest and improving when I talk or eat. Interestingly, I wake up with no pain or tingling, but the sensations gradually return as the day progresses. I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
